From 07/01/2024, the following trains have been canceled for 6 months period due to the modernization project of the railway lines from Maho Junction to Anuradhapura on the Northern Line.

The Northern line between Maho / Anuradhapura will be closed for a period of 06 months from 07.01.2024 under the Northern Railway Development Project to enhance the track condition of Northern Line from Maho to Anuradhapura in order to facilitate the safe, efficient and comfortable transportation for the passengers and freight transportation.

දුම්රිය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සමඟ කටයුතු කරන මගී ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් හදිසි අවස්ථාවකදි පැමිණිලි කිරීම සඳහා හා දුම්රිය සම්බන්ධ අනෙකුත් තොරතුරු ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා හදිසි ඇමතුම් අංකයක් ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කර ඇති බව සතුටින් දන්වමි. ඒ අනුව දුම්රිය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සඳහා හඳුන්වාදෙන ලද 1971 හදිසි ඇමතුම් අංකය ඇමතීමෙන්, සිංහල , දෙමළ හා ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂා ත්‍රිත්වයෙන්ම දුම්රිය ධාවනය වන වේලාවන්, ආසන වෙන් කිරිමේ හා ගාස්තු පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු, දුම්රිය ආරක්ෂක සේවය ඇමතීම සඳහා සහ හරස් මාර්ග සම්බන්ධ ගැටළු වාර්තා කිරිම ඇතුඵ දුම්රිය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට අදාළ සියළුම පැමිණිලි සහ අනෙකුත් තොරතුරු ලබා ගත හැක.
